train your agent
teach it a business task by recording it oncerecord a business task on your mac or windows pc. claude watches the recording and writes down the steps and the reasons behind them. you correct what it got wrong, answer what it could not see, and approve.
the approved task joins your firm's library. that library is what your agent draws on later. nothing is executed in this phase; the app only teaches.

four steps, one approvalrecord
do the task the way you normally would, under five minutes. pause when something sensitive is on screen; paused time is never recorded.
review
claude writes the steps, the inputs that change each time, the decision rules, and the questions it could not answer from the recording. you answer them.
approve
you approve one exact version. later edits make a new version that needs approval again.
private
the recording and the approved explanation stay together in your firm's library. nobody outside your firm sees them.
